Pet Check-In Services 🐾
Some pets love company, while others are happiest doing their own thing—and that’s totally okay! To keep them comfortable, we offer flexible check-in visits. One of our caring, trained team members can stop by 1–3 times a day for 30, 45, or 60 minutes. In certain parts of the city, we even have quick 15-minute visits for those pets who just need a little hello and a check-in.
How It Works ✨
We’ll start with a quick Zoom call so we can get to know you and your pets. During that chat, we’ll go over your care instructions for both your home and pets, plus talk through any emergency plans. Afterward, you’ll get a digital copy of our service agreement and a login link to our customer portal—your one-stop spot for care details and bookings. Then we’ll arrange a time to pick up your key, and just like that, you’re ready to roll!
