Pet Check-In Services
Some pets love company, while others are happiest doing their own thing—and that’s totally okay! To keep them comfortable, we offer flexible check-in visits. One of our caring, trained team members can stop by 1–3 times a day for 30, 45, or 60 minutes. In certain parts of the city, we even have quick 15-minute visits for those pets who need a little hello and a check-in.
How It Works
We’ll start with a quick video chat with Kiki directly so she can get to know you and your pets. During that chat, we’ll go over your care instructions for both your home and pets, plus talk through any emergency plans. Afterward, you’ll get a digital copy of our service agreement. Then we’ll arrange a time to pick up your key, and just like that, you’re ready to roll!
Pricing

Our Approach
When it’s time for your dog’s adventure, one of our caring team members will take them out for their walk. Kiki uses positive reinforcement and gentle techniques—never prong collars, choke chains, or shock collars. Just safe, happy walks filled with love and encouragement.

This service is perfect for multi-pet households—no need to juggle kennels, neighbours, or cousin Vinny! Everyone stays happy and cared for right at home.
